Wood Haven Living was created to serve individuals who benefit from structure, consistency, and intentional support. We understand that many individuals with disabilities may also experience behavioral challenges or difficulty maintaining stability in less structured environments.
Our home provides a calm, predictable setting supported by trained staff who focus on positive behavior supports, clear communication, and respectful redirection.
We also support individuals with budgeting and financial responsibility and offer a Community Day Program focused on skill development and meaningful daily engagement.
Round-the-clock supervision in a structured home environment.
Consistent routines and positive behavior strategies.
Assistance with hygiene, meals, and routines.
Support with budgeting and responsible money management.
Structured daytime activities and skill building.
Supported outings and appointments.
We encourage support coordinators, families, and care teams to tour the home and experience the environment firsthand.
WHL values diversity. We have and will continue to seek to hire and create opportunities for a diverse workforce. We feel strongly about having an inclusive culture of support, equal opportunity, and positivity. We are committed to providing a work environment in which all employees and people we support are treated with dignity, decency, and respect. We do not tolerate any form of harassment, discrimination, or racism. We have an environment in which people can safely report any concerns without fear of retaliation. Our employees from all backgrounds are our greatest asset and should come together for the common purpose of providing superior quality services for the people we support and their families.
